Visual Arts

The Visual Arts program offers students the opportunity to explore, experiment and engage in different ways to make art. Students learn a range of hands-on artmaking practices including:

  • painting

  • drawing

  • printmaking

  • collage

  • 3D sculpture

  • ceramics

  • textiles

We also cater for students’ individual needs by providing activities to develop fine motor skills through sensory play based art and creative mindfulness.

Each year, we showcase our students' work in the Kalianna Art Show and also at the Bendigo Agricultural Show in multiple categories. Students can be proud of their achievements in a program that encourages and celebrates creative expression and imagination.
